Frequently asked

Why are the prices at this level?

Briefs and answers are generated by the pipeline, not written by analysts, so the marginal cost of a seat is close to the cost of the queries it runs. Prices track that cost; the validator and the provenance chain are the same at every tier.

How is a claim checked before it is shown?

Every claim is verbatim-substring-validated against retrieved source chunks. Failed validations render "insufficient evidence" rather than fabricated text. Forum Atlas is pre-launch and holds no security certification today; a formal third-party audit is planned after launch.

What sources does Forum Atlas ingest?

17,000+ public sources catalogued across 12 sectors (as of September 2026) — SEC EDGAR, government APIs, trade press, academic preprints, GitHub, court records, patents, Wayback. All public information per Operating Commitment #1.

Can I license the Forum Atlas data feed?

B2A2B API metering on retrieval+synthesis tokens. Self-serve developer access at ~$0.01/speculative query and ~$0.10/deliberate cited-synthesis query (priced to cover compute). Enterprise B2A2B custom volume rates. See /docs/quickstart.

Is there a government tier?

No. Forum Atlas serves commercial customers only; federal procurement intelligence is outside its scope.

Can I get a custom-fine-tuned model on my private data?

Yes — Enterprise feature. Your historical data + private intel feeds a customer-specific synthesis layer. Public-data layer shared; customer-data layer private + tuned. Per-customer KMS key, schema-isolated storage.
