Forum Atlas — Subprocessor List
Version 1.0 · Effective July 12, 2026 Forum Atlas, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Forum Atlas").
Forum Atlas uses the third-party subprocessors listed below to operate the Forum Atlas platform, website, and APIs (the "Platform"). Each subprocessor processes personal data only to provide its service to us, under a written agreement imposing data-protection obligations consistent with our Data Processing Addendum and, where applicable, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

AI model providers
Content you submit to Platform features that use AI models (queries, documents you upload, and text the Platform assembles from its corpus on your behalf) is transmitted to the AI providers listed above for processing. Under our agreements with these providers: (a) your inputs and outputs are not used to train their models; and (b) inputs are retained by the provider only for limited-duration abuse monitoring under their enterprise/API terms, then deleted. Changes to this list
We will update this page before adding or replacing any subprocessor that processes customer personal data. Customers with a signed Data Processing Addendum may subscribe to change notifications by emailing support@forumatlas.com with the subject "Subprocessor notifications"; we will provide at least 15 days' notice before a new subprocessor processes their personal data, during which they may object on reasonable data-protection grounds as set out in the DPA.
