Forum Atlas — Terms & Conditions of Use

Version 1.0 · Effective June 16, 2026 Forum Atlas, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Forum Atlas," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, signing in, or otherwise accessing or using the Forum Atlas platform, website, APIs, briefs, forecasts, entity graph, or any related service (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("you," "User," or "Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

1.1 You must affirmatively accept these Terms (for example, by checking the acceptance box presented at sign-up or first sign-in) before you are granted access. Your acceptance is recorded with your identity, the date and time, and the version of these Terms accepted.

1.2 If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.

1.3 You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform.

2. Definitions

"Content" means all information, briefs, summaries, forecasts, analyses, citations, entity-graph data, scores, datasets, visualizations, and other output made available through the Platform. "User Inputs" means queries, watchlists, configurations, and other materials you submit. "Documentation" means user guides and API references we provide.

3. Proprietary Rights and Ownership

3.1 Forum Atlas owns the Platform. The Platform and all of its components — including the software, source code, models, system prompts, agent architectures, retrieval and ranking methods, the citation-validation methodology, the cross-sector entity graph, benchmarks, scores, databases, compilations, designs, user interfaces, documentation, and all Content — are the exclusive property of Forum Atlas, Inc. and/or its licensors, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, and other intellectual-property laws.

3.2 No transfer of ownership. Your access to the Platform does not transfer to you any ownership of, or any intellectual-property right in, the Platform or Content. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Forum Atlas.

3.3 Trademarks. "Forum Atlas," "Forum Brief," "Forum Forecast," "Forum Network," the Forum sector names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of Forum Atlas, Inc. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

3.4 Feedback. If you give us suggestions or feedback, you grant Forum Atlas a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it without restriction or obligation to you.

4. License Granted to You

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, Forum Atlas grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and to use the Content solely for your own internal business or professional purposes, for the duration of your subscription. This license ends automatically when your access or subscription ends.

5. Restrictions

You will not, and will not permit any third party to:

(a) copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise make the Platform or Content available to any third party, except as expressly permitted;

(b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, models, prompts, or underlying methods of the Platform, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;

(c) scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to extract Content, or access the Platform other than through interfaces and credentials we provide;

(d) use the Platform or Content to build, train, or improve any product, model, dataset, or service that competes with Forum Atlas, or to create a derivative or substitute offering;

(e) publish or disclose benchmarks, performance results, or comparative analyses of the Platform without our prior written consent;

(f) remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, citation, or other proprietary notice;

(g) share, resell, or provide access to your account or credentials, or exceed the seats or usage limits of your plan;

(h) use the Platform in violation of any applicable law, or to infringe or misappropriate the rights of any third party.

6. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and will not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its infrastructure.

7. Nature of the Content; No Professional Advice

7.1 Grounded, not guaranteed. Forum Atlas synthesizes publicly available information and applies citation validation that verifies each analytical claim against a source extract. This ensures claims are grounded in a cited source — it does not guarantee that the underlying source is accurate, current, complete, or free from error, and it does not guarantee the Content is correct.

7.2 Not advice. The Content is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice, and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to take any action. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals.

7.3 Your responsibility. You are responsible for independently verifying any Content before relying on it.

8. Confidentiality

The Platform, its non-public features, pricing, methodologies, and any non-public Content are the confidential and proprietary information of Forum Atlas. You will not disclose them to any third party and will use them only as permitted by these Terms. This obligation survives termination.

9. Privacy and Data

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. By using the Platform you consent to that handling. You will not submit personal data of others except as permitted by law and your agreements with them.

10. Fees and Plans

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to the fees, billing terms, and usage limits presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or fail to pay fees. You may stop using the Platform at any time. On termination, your license ends and you must cease using and delete any cached or downloaded Content. Sections 3, 5, 7, 8, and 12–16 survive termination.

12. Disclaimers of Warranty

THE PLATFORM AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORUM ATLAS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $100.

14. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Forum Atlas and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform or Content, your User Inputs, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16. Changes; Versioning; Entire Agreement

16.1 We may update these Terms. Material changes will be presented for re-acceptance or notified to you, and the "Version" and "Effective" date above will be updated. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16.2 Each acceptance is recorded against the specific version then in effect.

16.3 These Terms, together with any plan terms and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Forum Atlas regarding the Platform and supersede prior agreements on this subject.
