Paginated source list. Query params: ?sector=cyber&category=trade_press&quality_min=3&limit=20&offset=0.

GET /v1/sources/{id}

Source metadata + ingestion stats.

GET /v1/documents/{id}

Single document body (subject to source licensing). Use the citation pill flow in the UI when available — the document viewer respects iframe-friendliness.
